Click Ask AI and describe who you need. NextCues scores your whole candidate pool against it, and you can invite the best matches by email. Track their replies under Invitations.
Match a batch of resumes
On the dashboard, choose Match Resumes and upload up to 20 resumes. NextCues suggests which of your open roles each one fits best.
