Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NextCues AI ("NextCues", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use NextCues on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

• The person who creates an organization becomes its admin and can invite recruiters, manage the team and manage billing.
• Everyone in a workspace can see the organization's roles, candidates, interviews and reports.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account, and the organization is responsible for its users.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use NextCues to discriminate against candidates unlawfully, or in breach of employment, anti-discrimination or data protection laws.
• Upload information you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
• Try to access other organizations' data, break or bypass security or rate limits, or overload the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

You own the data you and your candidates put into NextCues. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

For candidate data, your organization is the data controller. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, for telling candidates how their information is used (including that AI assists in screening and interviews), and for answering their requests. We will help you respond.

NextCues uses AI to suggest interview questions, match resumes to roles, score answers and write reports. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a recommendation for a person to review, not a decision.

Hiring decisions are always made by your team, and you are responsible for them. Integrity checks are signals to look into, not proof of misconduct.

• Paid plans, prices and limits are listed on our pricing page. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.
• If a payment fails, we may limit the account until it is resolved.

NextCues, including its software, design and content (other than your data), belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it for your recruiting while your account is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

We work to keep NextCues available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Except as stated in these terms, NextCues is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, or for hiring decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for NextCues in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using NextCues and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where reasonable, we will warn you first. After closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify admins by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use NextCues after that means you accept the new terms.
