Upload resumes
In Candidates, click Upload Resume. NextCues reads each resume and fills in the candidate's details. PDF and DOCX files work best.
Share an apply link
From a role's menu, open its Apply link and share it in your job post. You can set an expiry date and a maximum number of applications. New applications arrive in the role's Applicants inbox, where you choose who to move into your candidates.
Assign a role
Use the Job Role dropdown in a candidate's row. The change is saved straight away.
