Creating and managing job roles

Create a role

In Job Roles, click Create New Role and fill in the title, location, type and description. You can also paste a hiring requirement into Ask AI and choose Create role from this requirement to have the details drafted for you.

Edit interview questions

From a role's menu, choose Manage Questions to review, reorder, edit or add the questions used in its interviews.

Close a role

When a role is filled or cancelled, choose Close Role from its menu. A closed role keeps its candidates and reports, but its apply link stops taking applications and it no longer appears when assigning candidates. Choose Reopen Role to undo it. Use the Statuses filter to see open or closed roles only.
