Schedule
From a candidate's validation page, choose a date, time and length. NextCues emails the candidate the time and a joining link. Scheduled candidates show up on your dashboard under Upcoming Interviews.
Run the interview
- Start from Interviews → Upcoming. The Start button opens 10 minutes before the slot.
- The interview runs in your browser. Allow camera and microphone access when asked.
- The AI co-pilot shows the role's questions and suggests follow-ups based on what the candidate says.
Integrity checks
If your admin turns on interview integrity monitoring, NextCues flags signals such as a second face or speech that doesn't match lip movement. The analysis runs in the candidate's browser. Treat flags as something to look into, not proof.
